A photo exhibition titled “Silent Message” is underway in Mae Sot, Thailand, aiming to raise international awareness of the living conditions and daily struggles of civilians affected by the war in Arakan State.

The exhibition opened on the morning of September 14 at the Wattana Village Resort in Mae Sot.

Organizers have curated 50 documentary photographs captured by Arakanese photographers and local youths across various parts of Arakan State.

The photographs document the ongoing hardships faced by internally displaced persons (IDPs), along with developments across Arakan State.

Proceeds from the sale of photographs during the event will fund humanitarian aid and emergency support for displaced civilians in Arakan State.
